A supportive health tool—not a substitute for care.

My HNW helps you record, organise and reflect on health information and may provide educational, coaching or system-generated observations. Estimates such as calories, BMI, patterns, scores or snapshots are approximate and suggestive.

Nothing on My HNW is a diagnosis, prescription, medical record issued by a hospital, or replacement for a physician. Do not delay urgent care, ignore symptoms, or start, stop or change medication based on this service. For an emergency, contact local emergency services or the nearest hospital.

You must provide an email address you control, keep access to your device and sign-in method secure, and promptly tell HNW if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you add.

Do not upload another person’s information without authority, impersonate anyone, attempt to access another account, introduce harmful code, scrape or disrupt the service, or use system-generated content to mislead others.

A care-team connection is separate from general site use. Coaching scope, fees, programme terms and clinical responsibilities—if any—will be stated separately. Health outcomes and medication reduction or reversal cannot be guaranteed and depend on individual clinical circumstances and adherence.

This is an evolving service. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn for safety, maintenance or compliance. We aim to preserve user information, but you should keep original copies of important medical records and not use My HNW as the only archive.

HNW owns the service design, brand and original educational material. You retain ownership of information and records you submit and grant HNW a limited permission to process them only to provide and secure the service as described in the Privacy Notice.

To the extent permitted by law, HNW is not responsible for decisions made solely from approximate or system-generated information, third-party service interruptions, or loss arising from prohibited use. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer and data-protection rights.
